As a Finishing Operator, you play a key role in the final quality of produced parts. Based on quotes and sketches, you perform the finishing of various machined components while ensuring their compliance with the company’s quality standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform various finishing operations on components (deburring, drilling, milling, tapping, bending, gluing);
- Perform scheduled quality control;
- Assemble components according to specifications;
- Assist, as needed, the shipping department (pack parts, identify products, verify quantities, etc.).
You are the right person to join our team if:
- You enjoy working in a positive atmosphere;
- You hold a high school diploma;
- You have experience in a similar position, in finishing machined products (an asset);
- You have strong proficiency with tools (drill, saw, router, milling machine, etc.);
- You possess excellent manual dexterity;
- You’re proficient in French;
- You have basic knowledge in blueprint reading and metrology;
- You place great importance on safety—your own as well as others’;
- You demonstrate initiative and autonomy;
- You’re meticulous and thorough.
