As a CNC Operator, you play a key role in production by machining parts. This includes setting up and operating CNC machine tools to cut and machine plastics and other materials, in accordance with the company’s quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines (“routers”) to carry out machining work, including cutting, drilling, and milling;
- Read and interpret production orders, technical drawings, and other documents to determine the machining operations to be performed and the optimal sequence of operations;
- Verify, using precision measuring instruments, that part dimensions meet customer requirements;
- Adjust the dimensions of parts during manufacturing;
- Adjust or modify, as needed and in collaboration with the programming team, machine-tool programs;
- Provide support to the finishing department, as needed;
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment.
You’re the right person to join our team if:

- You hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in machining techniques, cabinetmaking, glazing, or a combination of training and experience deemed equivalent;
- You’re fluent in French;
- You have strong blueprint-reading skills and are comfortable in a computerized environment;

- You show initiative and autonomy;
- You value teamwork;
- You’re meticulous and thorough.
